That document sits on a separate subdomain that could not be reached during this research pass, so no hostel fee figure is stated on this page. If hostel accommodation and its cost matter to your decision, contact the university's admissions or hostel office directly before applying, rather than relying on an aggregator's unverified figure.

The full legal name registered with the UGC is Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, recognised as a deemed-to-be-university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, established June 2002. The university brands itself "D Y Patil University" on its own website. Its NAAC accreditation is A++, CGPA 3.59, awarded in the institute's third accreditation cycle and valid until 2029. It is not accredited under UGC's 12B provision, which affects certain central-funding eligibility but not admission.
