Bengaluru is the main campus; XIME also runs campuses in Kochi and Chennai on a common curriculum and a single placement process.

Admission route and selection, 2027-29
XIME admits through its own process, not state counselling. Admission to the 2027-29 batch is listed as open, and each year’s applications are taken from November. You need a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% in aggregate, 45% for SC and ST candidates, and no backlogs. Final-year students with 50% so far can apply if their exams finish before July 2027 and they show proof of passing by September 2027. No work experience is required.
Bengaluru accepts a score in XAT, CAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT or ATMA; KMAT counts only for Kochi and TANCET only for Chennai. The form costs ₹2,000 at admissions.xime.org, plus ₹500 for each extra XIME campus you want considered. Shortlisted candidates are called to a group discussion and interview in selected cities, and the final merit list is weighted as follows:
| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Admission test (CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT or GMAT) | 35% |
| Group discussion and interview | 40% |
| Academics (Class 10, 12, UG and PG) | 13% |
| Extracurriculars, diversity and work experience | 12% |
No cut-off or minimum score is published, and there is no management quota.

They differ by exactly ₹1,00,000, so ask admissions in writing which applies to the 2027-29 batch before you plan a loan.
