How we source the numbers on this page.
  • This page states how we work, not a college figure — it carries no fees, cut-offs or placement numbers.
  • Something here is wrong or out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.

This policy explains what happens when you contact Future Career Guidance through this website. The enquiry form sends the details you choose to provide through Web3Forms to our counselling inbox. It then prepares the same details as a WhatsApp draft, which is sent through WhatsApp only if you press send there.

Information you may choose to provide

Depending on the form, this may include your name, mobile number, email address, course, exam score or rank, category, domicile, budget, preferred college or city, preferred call time and your written question.

How the information is used

The information is used to understand your enquiry, discuss admission routes and prepare a relevant shortlist or next-step checklist. It may also be used to continue the same conversation by phone, email or WhatsApp. Admission decisions are made by institutions and counselling authorities, not by this website.

WhatsApp hand-off

Selecting the form button opens WhatsApp with the entered fields in a draft message. No message leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp. Once sent, WhatsApp and Meta process that communication under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not include documents or sensitive information that are not needed for the initial enquiry.

Form delivery provider

Web3Forms processes the submitted fields to deliver the enquiry to our inbox. Its access key is a public form identifier, not a password. Do not submit identity documents, payment details, health records or other sensitive material in the initial enquiry. Web3Forms and its infrastructure providers process the submission under their own privacy and security terms.

Storage, sharing and deletion

The website does not operate its own first-party enquiry database. The delivered enquiry and any message you send may be retained in the business inbox or WhatsApp account as needed to answer you and meet operational or legal obligations. You can ask for the conversation or contact details to be deleted, subject to information that must be retained by law. We do not intentionally publish your enquiry.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4EQSH9R0F0) to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your page URL, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. We use it only in aggregate — to see which admission guides are useful — and we do not use it to identify you, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.

Nothing you type into an enquiry form is sent to Google Analytics. Your name, phone number and message go only to our own counselling inbox and WhatsApp, as described above.

You can opt out with Google's official browser add-on, by blocking cookies for this site, or by using your browser's “Do Not Track” setting. Basic technical logs are also created by the hosting and network provider whenever the site is accessed; those are separate from Analytics.
